E-NA CELL NKとは?

E-NA Cell NK is an advanced immunotherapy that involves the injection of Natural Killer (NK) cells—

the most essential immune cells responsible for identifying and eliminating virus-infected and cancerous cells. Using dod Dermatology’s proprietary technology, NK cells are cultivated and activated to help enhance the body’s systemic immune defense. As part of the E-NA Cell NK package, patients receive additional diagnostic testing such as immune function analysis, on-demand IV therapy, and exclusive access to Switzerland's La Colline Spa service for a complete regenerative wellness experience.

Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines

for E-NA Cell Therapy

1. Please refrain from consuming alcohol the day before stem cell or NK cell extraction from blood or adipose tissue.

2. If your sample will be collected under sedation on the day of the procedure, please fast for at least 4 hours beforehand.

3. For one week after the procedure, please avoid alcohol and strenuous activities to allow the cells to properly integrate into the tissue.

4. Mild fever or flu-like fatigue may occur for up to one week following the procedure. These symptoms are temporary and can be managed with acetaminophen (Tylenol) if needed.

5. Mild skin rash or itching may occur and can be managed with antihistamines.

6. In case of high fever or generalized swelling, please visit the clinic promptly for evaluation and appropriate care.

8. If you are required to take systemic steroids, antibiotics, or any other medications that may affect cell therapy within one week of treatment, please consult with our medical team in advance.

E-NA CELL NK

Q & A

Q1. What kind of treatment is E-NA Cell NK, and how is it different from a standard NK cell procedure?
E-NA Cell NK is a treatment that activates the patient's own Natural Killer (NK) cells and administers them intravenously. It is a premium immune care package that includes comprehensive diagnostic testing as well as post-procedure IV and spa care. While a standard NK cell procedure focuses solely on cell infusion, E-NA Cell NK checks the patient's condition beforehand through immune function testing, cancer marker screening, and aging diagnostics, and afterward provides on-demand reserve IV therapy and access to the Swiss La Colline Spa to support the body's recovery environment as well. Rather than a single procedure, it is designed as a comprehensive immune management program.
Q2. What concerns can E-NA Cell NK help with?
E-NA Cell NK is used for recurrence-prevention management after cancer treatment, improvement of diabetes and metabolic syndrome, anti-aging, systemic immune enhancement, and disease prevention. As we age, the activity and number of NK cells naturally decline, weakening the body's defense against abnormal cells. E-NA Cell NK activates the patient's own NK cells and reinfuses them, restoring reduced immune activity to normal levels. This is why it supports a wide range of benefits, from strengthening resistance to colds and viral infections to improving chronic fatigue and slowing the aging process.
Q3. What additional services are included in the E-NA Cell NK package?
In addition to the cell procedure itself, the E-NA Cell NK package includes comprehensive diagnostic testing such as immune function testing, cancer marker screening, and aging diagnostics, along with post-procedure on-demand reserve IV therapy and access to the Swiss La Colline Spa. Pre-procedure testing checks the individual's immune status and cell condition to design a personalized protocol, while the post-procedure reserve IV and La Colline Spa support the body's recovery environment, doubling the effectiveness of cell activation. Taking a comprehensive care approach rather than treating each procedure individually is the key strength of the E-NA Cell line.
Q4. What is the process for E-NA Cell NK?
E-NA Cell NK proceeds through four stages: preliminary testing → blood collection → cell extraction and activation → intravenous injection. First, immune function testing, cancer marker screening, and aging diagnostics are performed to check the patient's condition, followed by blood collection in a sterile operating room. NK cells are then isolated from the collected blood, activated (expanded) at a specialized facility, and reinfused intravenously. Because it is based on the patient's own cells, there is minimal risk of rejection and safety is high. If desired, the collected cells can also be stored separately for use in future procedures (storage fee applies).
Q5. Are there any precautions before or after the E-NA Cell NK procedure?
Avoiding alcohol and strenuous schedules for 3–7 days before the procedure has a significant impact on results, since high levels of inflammation in the body can worsen the condition of collected cells and reduce activation efficiency. If sedation is used on the day of the procedure, fasting for at least 4 hours beforehand is required. After the procedure, please avoid alcohol, late nights, overexertion, and travel for one week to allow the cells to properly settle. If localized treatments are performed on areas such as the face or joints at the same time, temporary pain, bruising, or itching may occur but will generally resolve naturally within a few days. If you need to take steroids or antibiotics for another condition within one week after the procedure, please be sure to consult with our medical team in advance.
